Roux is a unique food and beverage experience led by the women redefining it. An event series launched in October 2019 in Portland, OR to celebrate women and underrepresented voices in the food and beverage industry offering powerful discussions, hands-on experiences and delicious food and drink events. Each year Roux is reimagined with inspiring and engaging experiences elevating women-owned businesses.
Roux returns in 2024 more inspired than ever to rally around Portland’s culinary sector & mecca for CPG brands through spirit, celebration and community collaboration. Expanding citywide, Roux is promoting women-owned small business’ events across a digital map and hosting a two-day Roux MRKT (shopping and tasting experience!) and two panel discussions.
