Shardell Dues has been making pizza for over 20 years. Now, she's the Chef/Owner of Red Sauce Pizza in Portland. Red Sauce Pizza is a welcoming space and holds fundraisers to support our community and provides mutual aid. When Shardell is not making pizza and running her business, you can probably find her on an adventure with her dog, Hoagie.
