Stacey Givens (she/her) is The Chef/Farmer/Owner of The Side Yard Farm & Kitchen located in the Ne Cully Neighborhood. Side Yard Farm is a 1 acre urban farm, catering company and venue space established in 2009. The farm provides restaurants and the community with local produce and hosts monthly events such as farm dinner fridays, brunch, yoga, grief group, BIPOC farmers market, workshops and more. Givens is all about whole plant cooking, using the full life cycle of a plant from stems, leaves, buds, pollen, seeds, and beyond.
